Faculty Search & Recruitment Workshops

Typically scheduled soon after Tenured/Tenure-Track faculty searches are approved in late spring semester. Workshops are required for the Department Chair and Search Committee (with optional attendance for search committee members) and are scheduled with similar searches when possible. These workshops are offered jointly between the Office of Faculty Affairs, the Office of Human Resources Management, and the Office of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging with combined foci on procedures, use of the CHRS/PageUp online system, and equitable recruitment and hiring practices. Approximately 20 workshops are scheduled annually.
