This monthly workshop series is dedicated to providing you with essential skills, coping strategies, and awareness of mental health issues, all aimed at fostering a balanced and successful college experience. This series will be available hybrid (in-person and virtual). Plus, enjoy snacks and incentives at each session for those who attend!
