Workforce Development
Cal State LA's College of Professional and Global Education (PaGE) has a dedicated staff with an extensive background in Workforce Development. Their individual experiences range from the Workforce Innovation and Opportunities Act (WIOA) to the Transition Assistance Act (TAA) to the Employer Training Panel (ETP), and many more.
Staff is well versed in working with Workforce Development Agencies to assist their clients/customers with the information and forms needed to enroll in and successfully complete a training program.
Corporate Training
PaGE offers customized training programs. Our approach examines the workforce system to build the human capital required to meet employers' needs in diverse industries. Faculty are subject matter experts with extensive knowledge and experience in various industry sectors.
Building upon upgrading employees’ skills enables companies and the workforce development system as a whole, to more efficiently and effectively provide a talented pool of workers and career pathways to Americans.
