The Office of Strategic Communications will no longer be charging for photography requests.
The Office of Communications and Public Affairs can provide a photographer to cover some University events. If you have a grant with funds allocated for Marketing/Photography, we can discuss the charge per event/photoshoot based on the location and hours of coverage. All departments/programs, if your event/photoshoot requires a shorter turnaround time than our 7 to 10 business days timeframe, we may need to outsource for your request, and charges will be contingent upon the photographer, and you, the client, may be responsible for the coverage cost.
