The Master of Science program in Electrical Engineering is designed to provide students with in-depth knowledge and skills within Electrical and Computer Engineering as well as opportunities to expand their proficiency to new areas in the field.

Who Should Apply

Anyone with a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field with an overall GPA of 2.75 may apply. Prerequisite courses may be required for students with an unrelated degree or lower GPA.

With the approval of an ECE advisor, choose 24 units of 4000/5000 level courses as well as 6 units of thesis research credits.

With the approval of an ECE advisor, choose 30 units of 4000/5000 level courses and take the comprehensive exam in two areas.
