CSU, including Cal State LA, adheres to Executive Order 1111 requiring all instructional and web materials to be accessible. Video materials must have synchronized closed captions, audio materials need verbatim transcripts or captions, and all instructional content must be accessible. ITS Multimedia Services employs a vendor for captions at a rate of $1.99 per minute of content, with charges applied to your department. A chargeback number will be necessary.
