Hosting an in-person event on campus? Our team can assist with capturing a live recording for documentation or promotional purposes. Please note that all university in-person and virtual events must adhere to Accessible Event Planning guidelines. If the event is interactive, an ASL interpreter and live captions will be required.
Live Captions: Because of the logistics needed for presenting captions for an event, our department will need to submit the live caption request for your team. Please be prepared to provide your department chargeback number.
ASL Interpreter: You can schedule an ASL interpreter by visiting the Office for Students with Disabilities (OSD) website.
