Please keep in mind that payment cancellation requests can only be processed on the same business day during office hours M-F, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. by emailing a request to askhousing@calstatela.edu.

**Commuter Meal Plan Promotion Terms & Conditions:
1. Eligibility:
- This promotion is open to current Cal State LA students, faculty, and staff with a valid university ID.
- The AirPods giveaway is available only to commuter students (non-residents) who purchase a qualifying meal plan.
- The free meal swipe bonus is available only to faculty and staff who purchase a Block 50 or Block 30 meal plan.
2. Promotion Period:
- The promotion runs through February 14, 2025.
- Meal plan purchases must be completed by 11:59 PM (PST) on February 14, 2025, to be eligible for the promotion.
3. AirPods Giveaway (For Cal State LA Students Only):
- Students who purchase a Block 30, Block 50, or All-Access 5 Commuter Meal Plan during the promotion period will be automatically entered into the drawing for a chance to win.
- The winner will be randomly selected and notified via their Cal State LA email.
- The winner must claim their prize within 7 days of notification or another winner may be chosen.
- Limit one entry per student.
4. Free Meal Swipes (For Faculty & Staff Only):
- Faculty and staff who purchase a Block 50 meal plan will receive 5 additional meal swipes.
- Faculty and staff who purchase a Block 30 meal plan will receive 3 additional meal swipes.
- Bonus swipes will be automatically added to the meal plan account within 5-7 business days of purchase.
5. General Conditions:
- This promotion cannot be combined with other discounts or offers.
- Meal plans are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Cal State LA reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.
