Payment Options
Check out all the options for payment below. If there is a reason or personal circumstance that impacts your ability to complete your Housing application, please contact Housing so we may investigate the matter and offer you appropriate guidance.

Online (Credit, Debit, E-Check): Log on to the Housing Portal and click on the Academic Year 2024-2025 Housing Application. Click on the “Pay Now” button on the Online Payment page to be redirected to the University’s Transact system. The system will guide you step-by-step. After submitting your payment information, do not close the window and please follow all instructions to redirect you back to the Housing Portal and ensure your payment confirmation information is sent to our office.
In-Person/Walk-in (Cash, Check or Money Order): To pay in-person, visit One Stop Financial Services, located in the Student Services Building, Room #2380. Office hours are Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Have your Campus ID Number (CIN) available and specify that you're paying for Housing and which semester you're paying for (ie spring 2025). (Note: In-person credit/debit card payments are not accepted; they are only accepted online via Transact.)
Mail (Check or Money Order): Please mail your check or money order to the Cal State LA One Stop Financial Services Office. Please include the student’s name, Campus ID Number (CIN) and “Academic Year 2024-2025 Housing Initial Payment” on the check or money order. Mail it to: Cal State LA, One Stop Financial Services, Student Services Building # 2380, 5151 State University Drive, Los Angeles, CA 90032-8524. (Check and money orders must be received by the deadline, not postmarked by the deadline.)
International Payments: International payments are processed by Flywire. Please complete your Flywire payment within Transact by selecting International Payment as the payment method. Flywire accepts international credit card payments and other local payments for over 100 countries and territories including Alipay and UnionPay. You can pay via bank wire option transfer securely from any country, and bank typically in your home currency. When completing your Flywire payment within Transact, your information will be provided to Flywire and directed to the Flywire website. Your activity on Flywire's website is governed by the Flywire privacy policy found at flywire.com/legal/privacy-policy. Please be aware that additional costs such as currency exchange rates and credit card service fees may be incurred for international transactions. Total costs are displayed when selecting your payment method in Flywire.
Payment Plan
All residents have the option to create a Payment Plan if they're unable to pay in full by the payment deadline. See the steps below on how to fill this out.
- Log into the Housing Portal using the SSO login. Do NOT try to log in using your Cal State LA username and password.
- Select “Forms”.
- Select “Payment Plan” file.
- Log into your GET account to see your charges.
- Go back to the form and follow the steps to complete, beginning with your name and CIN.
- Fill out tuition, Housing, Financial Aid, and what you’ve already paid to help calculate your payment. Please do not include your Housing application fee.
- Monthly payments must be divided equally.
- All payments are due on the 22nd of each month.
- There is a comment section where students are welcome to give us any important information we need to know related to the payments and payment plan.

Once you’ve submitted your form, please give a week or two for our team to process your form. If all calculations are correct, it will be approved. If not, we’ll reach out to you to assist in making appropriate adjustments.
In the meantime, do NOT wait until it’s approved to start making your payments. The first payment of your payment plan is due upon completion of the Payment Plan form.
After the plan has been approved, payment is due on the 22nd of each month. The Terms & Conditions include making payments on time, and every time a payment is late, students are charged a $20 late fee.
