June 20, 2025Housing Application Priority Deadline for fall 2025 (students who submit their applications after the deadline will be placed on a waitlist and will receive their booking after August 20, 2025.)
July 15, 2025Fall deadline to apply to OSD for Housing accommodations
July 28, 2025Last day to pay for fall or establish a Payment Plan 
July 28, 2025Last day to set up a payment plan.
November 22, 2025Last day for those who set up a payment plan to make their final payment.

July 15, 2024Fall deadline to apply to OSD for Housing accommodations
August 14 - September 6, 2024Room Change application opens. We will review requests the week of September 9, 2024. The relocation processing fee is $75. Room Change is not guaranteed.
September 6, 2024Last day to pay in full without accruing a late fee.
November 15, 2024Last day for those who set up a payment plan to make their final payment.

May 22-23, 2025Transfer Day for current residents staying over the summer. All summer residents need to be fully moved to their summer space by 2 p.m. on May 23, 2025.
